About

Sisterhood of the Cycles exists to make cyclical living feel normal again.
It’s a space for remembering what it means to live in rhythm.

Through words, gatherings, and resources, we explore the cycles that shape us -menstrual, lunar, seasonal, and life’s quiet turning points.

Our work honours ancient ways of knowing through a modern lens, making rites of passage and menstrual education feel natural, grounded, and beautifully human.

We offer books, learning tools, and community experiences that invite you to live in tune with your body and the earth.

The founder: Anna

I’m based on Bundjalung Country in Northern NSW, where I live close to the land, close to community, and close to the rhythms that shape us. My work is rooted in a deep love for nature, a passion for women’s wisdom, and a calling to honour the cycles — especially the menstrual cycle — as a source of insight, healing, and connection.

I come to this path as a teacher, weaver, and tea ceremonialist. With a background in education both in Australia and overseas, I’ve also walked alongside mentors and traditions that have shaped me profoundly - including Nature Philosophy and the wise work of Jane Hardwicke Collings.

At the heart of what I do is storytelling. I believe stories, especially those shared in safe, sacred spaces, have the power to bring us home to our bodies and our truth. Whether it’s supporting women through the tender rite of menarche, weaving natural fibres with intention, or pouring tea in silence, my aim is always to listen deeply and to hold space for reconnection - to self, to each other, and to the innate wisdom of nature’s cycles.

A defining moment in my journey was my Vision Quest- four days and four nights sitting alone in one place on the land, without food, shelter, or distraction. It was there, in that vast stillness, that I heard what truly matters. Since then, my work has been about moving from that place of inner knowing, not ego and helping others to do the same.

This space is here to share my books, offerings, and upcoming events, but more than that, it’s a place to meet me. If you’re curious to collaborate, book a private tea ceremony, or simply explore a new way of relating to your cycle — welcome.

You’re in the right place.

Love, Anna
